It is about the early life of English professor J. R. R. Tolkien, author of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, as well as notable academic works.
Plot: Tolkien is a storyteller and part of a tight group of artists from whom he draws inspiration for his work. However, his work and relationship with Edith, his lover, is threatened during WWI.
